INWR PHOTO RALLY
This is a casual drive with a twist
We're dusting off a "blast from the past". Remember when we would take our Porsche out for a country drive and call it a Rally? If you don't remember, or never did, here is your chance to experience it. First off, this is NOT a speed event. Second, forget what you saw in "Gumball Rally". We will still care about what's behind us!
This is a Photo Rally. You will need a Porsche, a navigator, a clipboard, a pen, and your willingness to have fun. At the start you will be provided with general instructions, route guidance, a score sheet, and a packet of photos. The goal is to drive the route and identify where the photos were taken.
---A Family Friendly Event---
While the driver must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. It’s a perfect opportunity to let your future Porsche driver be an observer. Bring the whole family so you have a car full of observers to ensure you don’t miss any of the photo locations. See the Tour Requirements section for waiver requirements for participants under 18 years old.
Arrive at the start with a full tank of gas and your spirit of adventure. The finish is at a restaurant in time for lunch. I think it should take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to drive the rally.
Remember this is not a race or a timed rally.
Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancellation and refunds: Cancellations accepted until September 24th. There are no payments required for this tour.
- Car club membership: To participate as the driver you must be a current member of the PCA at the time of registration.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: P-Cars only on this tour please.
- Waiver signing for Adult participants and attendees: All drivers and passengers must sign the Liability waiver at the start point.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Rally A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, at least one parent or legal guardian must also sign a separate waiver form (Minors as Observers Only). The parent or legal guardian must be present at the start point to sign the waiver in person.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration.
